"I’m sure it’s lovely when there isn’t a storm that cuts all the power off."

Location was beautiful , bed and linens were lovely, really comfortable . Joanne was great, couldn’t do enough for us under the circumstances. It’s needing a paint, the halls were very marked.

They don’t have a generator, which is a bit mad considering Skye’s weather. There was a storm while we were there, so no electricity, no heating, no hot water, no hot food.

Location

No breakfast due to staff sickness. No backup plan in place. Could have given us a continental breakfast as no chelf on duty. Not even tea or coffee was offered. Indicated a refund was coming for the lack of breakfast. I wounder how much !!!

"Dyrt, ej prisvärt, ej professionellt skött hotell."

Oerfaren personal, där chefen fanns i Glasgow. Andra morgonen serverades ingen frukost, då någon i personalen blivit sjuk, och nyckeln till matsalen fanns i ett låst nyckelskåp som ingen i den närvarande personalen kunde öppna.

Alldeles för dyrt för vad man får.
