El hotel es muy lindo, las vistas y terraza preciosa.

El trato no fue el adecuado, habia paro nacional de funcionarios de trenes y no hubo tren para Como. Alojamos en Milan , igual nos cobraron el dia que no llegamos. La conversación al respecto fue muy dura con la dueña, lamentablemente con subida de tono por su parte....solo no lo recomiendo por el trato y la ubicacion a trasmano del centro y no hay movilización. Los taxis no estan siempre disponibles. Aclaro que el trato malo es de una propuetaria, los empleados en general tienen un trato adecuado.

Lugnt läge vid sjön ca 10 minuters promenad från centrala Belaggio. Skönt att komma undan de stora massorna av turister. Rum med sjöutsikt är fantastiskt. Enkel badplats precis vid hoteller!

Ingen AC, spartansk frukostbuffé, dåliga kuddar och säng drar ned betyget.

The place was beaitful the view of the lake was amazing ..the hotel itself was very clean ..and the bellegio boat sailing is a must ..the people there so wonderful and so helpful ..the staff in hotel were wonderful people

The owners of the hotel mother and daughter were absolutely horrendous.. rude upon arrival ..miserable and unhelpful ..they made you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable ..you was too frightened to ask for anything ..wasn't allowed to sit on the terrace when the restaurant and bar service was closed on a Tuesday after breakfast..this was explained in an email but it didn't explain that you wasn't allowed to sit on terrace or order drinks ..I've never in my life been in a hotel with such disdain for its customers..the hotel itself is beaitful and the staff are very friendly but the owners need a lesson in hospitality and manners ..at one point when returning to the hotel the owner (mother) after a terrible storm and soaking wet rolled her at eyes at me with such aggression it was awful ..I can only describe her as cruella de vile ..Infact she makes her look like a pussycat

La Pergola er et rigtigt fint sted at holde en uges ferie - i gå afstand af byen - uden at være en del af støjen når man ikke ønskede 😊 Meget fint hotel, med dejlig og hyggelig restaurant 😊

Room with balcony view exceeded what the images on the booking.com were. Absolutely amazing outlook onto the lake with easy accessibility to swim. 500m walk up the steps into main town. Restaurant was great and breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed. Highly recommend, we will be back!
