Just like the photos! Large king bed, up to date bathroom, lots of storage, safe and wardrobe. Lots of plug sockets, mini fridge & luggage rest. Right next to a part of the lake where you can go out and swim, boat rentals next door, freshly brewed coffee with breakfast. Large balcony’s with loungers (if you book that room type). The balcony has such a great view! Spent more time at the hotel as we had all we needed right there. Lovely staff and reasonably priced lunch and dinner, should you want it.

No fault of the property but very difficult to get to with luggage from the main part of the town. The location is great in terms of view and access to swim but… if you are travelling by public transport from Lecco GET THE D110 BUS! If you get the ferry you will have to walk uphill & downhill on cobblestones which is not for the weak at all! Even without luggage! If you have children also this will pose very difficult, the reviews about this don’t lie! If you are not the most fit/ don’t plan to spend much time near the hotel this isn’t for you. That being said, most of the towns surrounding Lake Como are like this… therefore it doesn’t lower the score for me, just a warning!

Wat een pracht plek! We hebben er hier echt heerlijk gehad. Mooie grote kamer, super nieuwe mooi badkamer. Geweldig balkon met fantastisch uitzicht. Iedere avond heerlijk gegeten, prima ontbijt. Super vriendelijk personeel.

Het is jammer dat er geen airco was, anders had dit hotel zeker 4 sterren verdiend.

Amazing views of the lake and perfect ~15 min walk from downtown Bellagio. The restaurant was amazing too.

Everything was great

La chambre spacieuse ,une terrasse immense ,une vue à couper le souffle . A l'accueil un Monsieur patient , à l'écoute disposé à nous comprendre et nous aider dans nos recherches jusqu'à l'arrivée d'une dame d'un age certain , très agacée par notre manque de compréhension ( la barrière de la langue ) ,le dialogue s'est brutalement interrompu .

Il serait judicieux que cette personne pense à la retraite pour le bien de cet établissement qui est génial.
