The Branch House & Suites By Gold Dust

It was so comfortable and having the separate couch and table area away from the bed was very nice

It was all good except the it was a little cool in our room and could not turn on the heat only could turn off the fan

There were no sheets, pillows, blankets for the pull out. We had dirty towels left hanging on the back of bathroom door.

Posizione perfetta. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile. Letto molto comodo. Disponibilità di the e caffè. A pochi passi dalla via principale di Deadwood.

Prezzo alto al di sopra della media nonostante la struttura e la camera siano state davvero di nostro gradimento. Potrebbe non essere comodo per tutti dover fare la colazione in una struttura che non è quella in cui si dorme, non è stato un problema per noi però.

Advertise free secure parking......not assigned and used by many others there was none by building. I had to walk and wheel luggage through mud. Then I walk in the door and the floor is filthy hadn't been vacumed in a hot minute. Get to room walk in carpet was grungey and needed cleaned. Walk in bathroom appears someone had puked and dried or destroyed the sink with grundge. Nail on counter ? And toilet paper in the toilet. Mix matched toiletries. Spots all over the mirrors. Place was grundgy and grime. Bed was uncomfortable and your beside the highway through town. The cars and people wake you up all night . Friend took shower hot water took forever and didn't last long. Breakfast at the main hotel you check in sucked ! Poorest selection I've seen for hotel breakfast. Instant powdered coffee machine to top it off.

The room was spacious.

Well, when we got to The Branch House you needed a room key to get into the hotel. I called the number and found out that you had to check-in at the Gold Dust hotel. Then we reserved a suite and it was in another part of town. Where we parked, we had to walk 2 blocks, up an alley, to get to the room we reserved. The room was very nice, but there was no chair to relax in. There was a bar area with an ice bucket but no place to get ice unless you walk over to the Gold dust to get ice, which was a block away. There weren't enough towels. The reviews were for The Branch House, but where we had to go to get to get to our room said, Suites by Gold Dust Hotel. I did receive a text saying to park in front of the hotel to check-in. Then get a code for the parking. But the text never stated we had to go to The Gold Dust. There are only 8 parking spots at The Branch House, so if all the spots were taken you would have to park in the parking garage for $10 a night, even though with the reservation said, free parking. If you book a room for The Branch House maybe call The Gold Dust Hotel and book through them to make sure you get the room you are booking for.
