The Branch House & Suites By Gold Dust

The room was spacious.

Well, when we got to The Branch House you needed a room key to get into the hotel. I called the number and found out that you had to check-in at the Gold Dust hotel. Then we reserved a suite and it was in another part of town. Where we parked, we had to walk 2 blocks, up an alley, to get to the room we reserved. The room was very nice, but there was no chair to relax in. There was a bar area with an ice bucket but no place to get ice unless you walk over to the Gold dust to get ice, which was a block away. There weren't enough towels. The reviews were for The Branch House, but where we had to go to get to get to our room said, Suites by Gold Dust Hotel. I did receive a text saying to park in front of the hotel to check-in. Then get a code for the parking. But the text never stated we had to go to The Gold Dust. There are only 8 parking spots at The Branch House, so if all the spots were taken you would have to park in the parking garage for $10 a night, even though with the reservation said, free parking. If you book a room for The Branch House maybe call The Gold Dust Hotel and book through them to make sure you get the room you are booking for.

The wood and brick walls would have been great if everything else hadn't been absolutely aweful. We left without staying overnight because it wasnt sanitary and the bed wasnt usable.

There were what appeared to be blood splatters on the living room carpet by where the kids were supposed to sleep. Where the mattress pulled out for the sofa bed it was full of tons of bugs. The mattress in the sofa bed was curled and inverted and lumpy and only about 2" thick. When I called the front desk to explain the situation, the man would not let me speak, and told me he would not refund the money for the first night. I told him this would be posted in a rwview, and he said that because I was"blackmailing" him, he would not refund anything. Run from this place! It was the worst ever-a total nightmare. They haven't refunded a penny and we had to book another hotel for that time.

Location and parking were excellent!

Cute room but small bathroom. Spendy!

Free parking and a bathtub.

The mattress is old, and the carpeting in the room is also old… there was no lobby or personal on site. There was no information regarding the fact that we had to check in at a different hotel 2 1/2 blocks away. They did not tell us that the breakfast which was included with the price was available there. We did not come for the rally, but we’re dismayed to learn that the hotel prices are jacked up about triple for the bikers that come for this event.

Comfortable, unique room. Great bed and sitting area.

Ceiling leak in the bathroom. Bugs and dirt all over the floor upon arrival. Free breakfast was pretty bad.

The location was great!

That there is no staff onsite. Staff is located at a different hotel- a block away.

The convenient location to downtown.

There wasn't anything I did not like about it.

We loved that there was private parking and hotel was only a block away from where we needed to be!! The room was nice with living area separate from bedroom !

The hide a bed didn’t have any sheets or pillows for it in room - wasn’t told about a breakfast as I am guessing we had to go over to main hotel maybe??
