Location

The room had no heat. They brought in space heaters but was not comfortable at all. No housekeeping service over our stay. And staff entered the room at one point to check air conditioner and they did not knock. Just came right in. We have stayed at this place 2 times previously and we were happy with it which is why we chose it again. This stay was extremely disappointing

"Pleasant"

Bed very comfortable

Heat didn't work. Turned to 70 at 4pm, was at 65. Got back after outdoor concert at 11pm and it was 63. We didn't call desk as we were tired, paying $199 and was cold in room. Have stayed there before. May stay again, lady at front desk at check out. "Oh sorry, they may have switched thermostat to A/C" Rude, hotel owned by Gold Dust--
