Hotel Ashrey

The location is good. Awesome staff

They initially called and confirmed our arrival, which was reassuring. However, our first day didn’t go smoothly as our flight was delayed by about three hours due to bad weather. Despite our late arrival at midnight, the hotel still provided us with rooms. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed by then, so we had to order food from outside. I had sent a WhatsApp message informing them about the delay and requesting them to save some food for us, but I believe they don’t actively use WhatsApp on that number, so the message wasn’t seen. Otherwise, I’m confident they would have made arrangements. The room we were given on the first night was not up to the mark—neither comfortable nor well-maintained. I requested an extra mattress, but it wasn’t provided, which was disappointing. At one point, I even considered switching to another hotel the next day. Thankfully, on the second day, we were moved to the room that was originally booked for us—and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We all loved it, and the positive experience from the second day completely made up for the rough start. The food was decent, and the room service was good. Overall, our stay turned out to be a good one, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future. We would also recommend this hotel to others.

No extra mattress was provided, and the room we had originally booked was not available

The room was spacious and clean with all basic amenities. We were provided with towels on request.

The electric kettle was not there in the room. On request the same was provided but it was not cleaned and there were remnants of boiled/ bunt milk inside.
