Food services slow with breakfast less breakfast options

The location was superb, just 5 mins from Dehradun railway station. The in-house restaurant provides a good dining option, the taste is very good.

Beware of mosquitoes. There is an army of them in the dining hall and play area. So, even though there were a few games in the play area, and some antique items, the mosquitoes did not allow us to look into these. The staff members were a perfect example of keeping mouth shut....they did not know how to laugh or greet boarders. They did their job, but it felt that they were being forced to do these. A little smiley face would be really helpful. :)

The reception support was good. Kind staff. Very cooperative. Nice location very near walkable to the DDN railway station. AC fans bed all good.

Room service not good. The staff even after requests to clean the dining table after dinner did not clean it. I had to manage clean it myself with whatever tissue papers and water I had brought from outside. WiFi was weak. No dustbin side the room there was a common dustbin in common area of the floor.

Room service and food quality, taste is exceptionally good .

The Hotel is located in the center of the city which is a good point. Staff is also very supportive. The rooms are well maintained, neat and clean with proper ventilation with full of comfort. I love the ambience and unique retro decoration of the Hotel. Food is also delicious and economical. I had a great stay over there and impressed by their services.
