Es una experiencia única y el personal es muy amable.

Que el personal de la oficina quiere venderte a la fuerza muchos tours, pero el personal del hotel amable demás.

The food options were great and the food always tasted fresh. The beverages also were very good and complimented the food very well. the staff were very attentive and even made sure we never missed any of our meals.

the bed frame was supported by wood beams but it seemed like there were pieces missing , therefore the bed sunk in. I highly recommend to travel light because you have to walk a bit far to get to the hotel from where the boat docks. Don't bring any luggage of any size just keep it in a bag pack.

It was the best part of our seven week stay in Colombia. The staff was just amazing. The food was the best we had in the whole of Colombia. We could have stayed forever. The tours we did were also great. I cannot recommend it enough.

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer bieten genug komfort und sind sauber. Wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer mit Balkon zum Dschungel. Den Nachtspaziergang kann ich sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten Juan als Guide, welcher den Spaziergang unvergesslich gemacht hat. Da wir wenig Leute im Hotel waren hat der Koch alles frisch zubereitet und für uns sogar vegetarisch gekocht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosser Pool.

Wir mussten dem Personal alles aus der Nase ziehen. Informationen gab es immer erst auf Rückfrage. Ohne Spanisch ist es sehr schwer, da niemand gut Englisch spricht. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber im Moment auch saniert.

The chef's food and presentation was amazing. You can tell he has a passion for cooking and was super friendly.

I know it's the jungle but there were sooo many mosquitos. They have the mosquito candles which work great at front desk. These should probably be in the rooms. My mosquito net had a hole in it that i needed to knot. The mosquito net is so fine that the fan doesn't cool inside the bed. The rooms should have AC or else a fan inside the bed frame. Although the chef was amazing, you could tell he's dealing with limited ingredients, there needs to be more variety. I got my clothes washed and much of them were still wet on return. Thankfully they didn't charge me full price for that.

Los Tour que ofrece el hotel con un tercero (SelvaTour) son pésimos, recomendamos al hotel cambiar de proveedor de igual forma recomendamos que si van a Leticia no tomar ningún tour con esta agencia es malísima.
