Poca Acqua per farsi la doccia e quando disponibile fredda. Colazione e cena di livello medio. Nessun bar per poter mangiare qualcosa lontano dai pasti principali

El trato del personal era excelente, la comida deliciosa, el entorno del hotel espectacular

El personal muy atento y el entorno es bellísimo.

El buffet del almuerzo y la cena estaba bien pero no tenía mucha variedad ni cantidad.

- La amabilidad del personal que también estaba muy capacitado en sus labores - La adecuación del hotel en la selva, incluyendo un mirador. - La limpieza de todas las instalaciones, incluyendo piscina

- Pocas opciones de comida en el menú (sin tanto sabor) y dieron platos repetidos. Especialmente para las personas vegetarianas que se basan solo en carbohidratos. - Se escucha todo entre habitaciones y es muy incómodo tener que escuchar cada sonido de los otros huéspedes.

La ubicación en medio de la selva es muy bella, llena de naturaleza, y cerca del río Amazonas. El bohío central es muy bonito, y las habitaciones confortables y sobrias. Un muy buen lugar de descanso. La comida no es muy variada, pero está bien, y el personal fue muy amable.

Las habitaciones son un tanto oscuras.

El chef Willi es una excelente persona y Don Julio el administrador

Falla un poco en el cumplimiento de horarios para los tours, pero nada grave

La atención y la comida

The location wasn't bad. Not far from Leticia, about 30 minutes by boat

Most of the staff were kind and helpful; however management was terrible. Many of the hotel's "policies" kept changing during our stay. Times for events, facilities, and meals were promised and broken repeatedly. Things were routinely an hour after promised. Details of tours were wrong. There was a general lack of information, and worse, we felt trapped at the hotel, because the hotel would only allow their own tours/boat operators. Because there are no other restaurants in the area, we brought a bottle of wine and wine cork with us to celebrate our friends engagement. We opened the bottle ourselves and had some wine. The following day the hotel informed us they would charge us $20 for an uncorking fee. That is a crazy price for other countries, but especially colombia (we live in bogota).

staff, location vibe is magnificent. The chef, unfortunately, dont remember his name, was great. He came out and asked what we wanted in the evening. We ate so well! The destination, together with this hotel, was such a special experience. Will remember this place forever, really
