Esperienza fantastica nel complesso

Manutenzione scadente. Acqua calda assente. Avrei sigillato meglio le camere dato la pericolosita dei ragni che ci sono nella zona.

Right in the forest! You'll see plenty of birds and reptiles on hotel grounds. They do a great job of helping to organize tours for you. The staff is very accommodating.

For the price of the stay, I felt the restaurant could have had a bit more variation in the meals.

Posizione lungo il fiume nella foresta. Camere accoglienti e pulite. Buona la escursione alle tribù.

Evitare durante la settimana: se ci sono pochi ospiti il cibo consiste in una ciotola di riso e(a scelta) una fettina di carne o pesce. Nel weekend o quando c’è gente attivano un buffet (semplice). Se in zona trovate una guida e evitate le escursioni di gruppo proposte dall’albergo.

Un lloc màgic enmig de la selva. Literalment, enmig. Té molt d'encant.

L'hotel és biosostenible i això li lleva confort. Per exemple, no es poden usar assecadors. Però és lògic tenint en compte la localització. Curiosament, la wifi funcionava prou bé

Beautiful property with lovely location on the river. Fantastic swimming pool. 3 good meals a day. Nice, fresh cooked food which was varied each day. Chef was very thoughtful and all staff were very polite and friendly. Andre on the bar was lovely and always smiling. The rooms were very clean and spacious No signal whilst you are there but the WiFi was fantastic. Reached the room and never dropped out. Vincent who took us out to one of the tours was lovely and put a lot of effort into finding the dolphins. Facilities and staff cannot fault

Be prepared for cold showers as no hot water in the hotel. Also when transferring to/from the hotel factor in more time. The boat from Leticia takes almost an hour rather than 30 minutes advised and does run late. Biggest disappointment however was the lack of English speakers. Nobody on reception that can speak English. When we’re asked about the tours in English we were told there would be an English translator. This never transpired and they said my partner (who is Brazilian) ‘will have to translate.’ Spanish is not her first or second language and so much of the details of tours we missed out as there was no translator. This was very disappointing. If you are looking for a luxury hotel this is the one, if you’re looking to see more wildlife I would say this is not the best one

Calm, clean and beautiful location

Food times for dining was limited and if you got there later in the sitting the food was depleted

the food was excellent the staff were wonderful

Tolles Hotel, tolles Essen, super Tours, nettes Personal. Super Lage direkt am Amazonas und nahe der nächstgelegenen indigenen Gemeinschaft. Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon, gute Dusche. Super Ort um abzuschalten.

Die typische Bauweise des Hotels ist Recht hellhörig, ich empfehle Ohrenstöpsel mitzunehmen.
