Very clean accommodation with good facilities and friendly staff (especially Lakshan). Also good for family. The pool with the nature is unique and the hotel is located on a small river and is very idyllic. Above all, no mosquitoes in the room :-). Thanks to the staff

Incredible place, one of the nicest we stayed in Sri Lanka and it was just meant to be a stopover. Very comfortable room. Great common area and pool. River was really nice to swim in too. The best was the warm welcome from Lakshan and getting to chat with him. He is a great host and very good cook too! Would definitely recommend staying and eating there. Food was very reasonable prices and very good quality .

Beautiful villa next to river, quiet and peaceful with amazing staff. The pool was delicious and so was the breakfast and dinner we had. Highly recommend this place, a bit of luxury at a reasonable cost.

Not the fault of the property but a neighbour plays Buddhist chanting music over a loud speaker between 5am and 6am

Recommend this hotel strongly - it is a quiet, cozy place with a unique local atmosphere. Personnel was proffesional and friendly, as we arrived late in the evening they arranged for us a delivery from a near by shop, which was lovely. The room was very clean, with a nice and calming view - as we were the only guests that day, we were offered a free room upgrade.

Great staff , very helpful and kind cant do enough for you we stayed here as a stop over from colombo to sigiriya for 1 night We stayed in a deluxe room with river view, ac was good room was big and clean decent shower and toilet. Location is in the sticks only a small village so not much there but was perfect for what we needed a stop over on the way through again people are great would stay here again

The service was very good. Great hospitality. It was a nice place for our first night in Sri Lanka and we appreciated the pool.
