Herzliche Gastgeber, schöne Ausstattung mit tollem Frühstück. Jederzeit wieder :)

La estancia en La Isla Bonita fue insuperable. La ubicación es perfecta a la par que tranquila, tienes el mar a 2 minutos caminando con muchos bares y spots para ver el atardecer impresionantes. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, controlan cada pequeño detalle de la casita. La habitación está limpia y el resto de las instalaciones también. Es un lugar muy acogedor para estar unos días con tranquilidad. Tanto, que ampliamos un día más nuestra estancia. Respecto al personal, no tenemos palabras para definirlo. Son personas con un corazón enorme y muy trabajadores. Tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir mucho tiempo con ellos y nos han llegado directos al corazón. Sin duda recomendaremos este alojamiento a todos los que vengan a Gili Air, y si tenemos la ocasión repetiremos en el mismo!!!!

Cuando llegas, la sensación de paz y la energía del lugar es increíble. El staff es dulce y cariñoso, siempre dispuesto ayudar. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y super bonitas con un montón de cosas! Máscaras de snorkel, bolso de playa, un super secador de pelo! una postal preciosa personalizada... no le falta detalle! La zona de la piscina es una maravilla, te puedes quedar todo el día ahí! me quedé dormida en el sillón frente a la piscina de lo relajada que estaba! Gracias por este paraíso!

Nothing - terrible staff, terrible management and awful hotel. Not worth even 1 penny for how you get treated.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Save your money and go elsewhere. Management is a joke at this place. I booked 3 nights here and after 1 night of staying at the hotel I was told my other 2 nights were released and I had to check out after the first night. I then re-checked on bookings to see if those 2 same nights I had ALREADY book were available and they were and I proceeded to book them again. Management reached out to me saying they were not available even though I have already fully booked my stay for 3 nights? It was the most irresponsible, idiotic management team I have ever dealt with, they kept playing stupid when in reality they wanted to make more money on the other 2 nights so told me to check out early and there was nothing I could do about it. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had - I travel a lot and this was the worst place I have every stayed where they treat you like garbage. Not worth the money or time, save yourself and go elsewhere on this island because this hotel is a scam and will kick you out as they please just to make more money off other guests. Staff are dumb as a post and will not take responsibility for anything they do.

Wunderschöne Anlage, alles war sehr sauber, es ist ein super entspannte Atmosphäre da. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht. Der Strand zum Schnorcheln mit Schildkröten ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Große Empfehlung!

Le personnel est très attentionné : du petit déjeuner à l’accompagnement lors de vos diverses excursions, ils veillent à ce que tout se passe pour le mieux. Chambre confortable et espace piscine agréable.

Les tarifs de l’hôtel font que nous nous attendons à des très belles prestations. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est appréciable mais n’a rien d’exceptionnel. La literie n’est pas des plus confortables.
