La Isla Bonita Gili Air

Perfect breakfast, healthy and fresh to start the day with a big smile. The coffee was surely also a big joy and the juice completed a true luxury experience. All was delivered (as well as consumed) with a big smile :-)

I cannot think of anything that didn't meet our expectations.

Loved nothing, terrible stay, do not spend your money on this dump and terrible management.

The property has terrible management and not worth the cost whatsoever. I had a 3 night reservation booked here initially and without consent or even a simple message they went ahead and cancelled 2 of my 3 nights, leaving me stranded looking for other alternatives last minute which was extremely expensive. The management has taken 0 liability for cancelling my ALREADY BOOKED stay and kept saying I need to check out after 1 night. I have never been more upset with a hotel / staff in my life and I travel a lot. I can genuinely say this has been the worst experience. I genuinely think they cancelled my nights so they can just ask for more money of another guest. This is extremely unacceptable and the management and owner could care less about cancelling my stay and leaving me with no place to go. Save yourself the trouble and do not stay here, it’s not worth your headache and also the price doesn’t justify the stay.

It is a lovely small Boutique hotel in the island. Vry cozy common area and invites to chill out on the property for as long as you stay. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely fantastik and tasteful. We loved our days at Isla Bonita.

We absolutely adored this place!! We came as a trio of friends and the room was perfect for us. Super aesthetic and cosy, location was great - close to the sunset side. We walked everywhere but they had bikes that you could rent out too.

Peaceful clean little paradise. Treat location. Staff were amazing. Adore the decor. It was a dream stay! Thank you for everything. Especiall Mr ZEN.

The property was so clean and well presented - the attention to detail was incredible ! We booked on the day and checked in a few hours later, there was a personal note on the bed and the room was stunning. The receptionist ( Zen ) was SO helpful and polite. Could not recommend this hotel enough!! The room came with towels, hair towels, beach hats, beach bags, snorkelling equipment snd unlimited fresh cold mineral water

Absolutely loved our stay in this property. The property was extremely well kept and cared for. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were so kind and always happy to help. I liked that the location was slightly out from the centre, was extremely peaceful and felt like your own bubble.

Keep in mind the location is a bit out from the centre so you will need a bike/20 min walk and can be dark cycling home, however this did not bother us at all!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay and felt like part of the family as we were greeted with "welcome home" each time we came back to the property. All staff were attentive and engaging and we loved our interactions, getting to know them and more about life on Gili Air. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and that our 3 night stay felt like 7. We will be back.
