- we had a room upgrade, because 1 bed for 2 people who are not a couple is too small - we couldn't lock our balcony doors -> room was always open therefore - rooftop pool: nice view but not enough water, dirty, worn down -> missing tiles in the whole thing - some sunbeds should be replaced since very worn down

We stayed in a suite with two rooms with queen size bed-each with its own bathroom. One of the toilets had human excrement with a foul odor. The sttaff did remedy the situation expeditously. The couches need attention.
MXThe location is perfection — views of the sea and five steps to the beach. The staff are so amazing and kind, such a pleasure. The hotel was exceptionally clean. It was perfect for a family of five. We had an apartment with two bedrooms/two bathrooms.
There is Wifi, but we didn’t have good reception in our rooms. Which was fine as we were on holidays! We just checked messages or downloaded a show in the lobby.

CALocation was great. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch the ceviche is delicious! It is on the Malagón and there are so many restaurants to choose from. The beach is just in front …perfect
There are no screens on the sliding doors in the room we were in so couldn’t leave the doors open at night! The beautiful pool and area had no shade so you couldn’t stay long!
