Hotel pulito e camere abbastanza spaziose

Regole scioccamente ferree circa il cibo. Non mi hanno consentito di portare una coppetta di yogurt a mia moglie, con un parziale handicap, in stanza e ho dovuto comprare lo yogurt al supermarket e portarlo in stanza con "uno speciale permesso" visto il divieto di introdurre cibo in hotel. Semplicemente ridicoli.

Zwembad

Te Engels georiënteerd met harde muziek aan het zwembad. Kamers waren verouderd en niet hygiënisch.

The property is a bit jaded, showing signs of its age and the standard of repairs and maintenance are not to a good standard. The air conditioning took time to kick in and the fan was in the balcony which blew hot air so it was uncomfortable to sit there. The bed was so creaky, possibly the loudest bed I’ve ever slept in but otherwise comfortable. Other guests reserved sun loungers with their towels early so if we got to the pool after 9am, there were no loungers. It was annoying as there were long periods with no one there but we couldn’t sit by the pool. When we did get a lounger the music was very loud. The food in the pool bar is also not great but the cocktails are nice.

The property is not high class as the name suggest. It’s very run down and old.

We had two swim up rooms one smelt of cigarette smoke and the other of sewerage. Overall feeling of a 2 star hotel in need of a refurb.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We booked two rooms to accommodate our four children, but they placed us in a very far building, with one room on the ground floor and the other on the third floor, making us walk a lot between them. The furniture was old and outdated, and the breakfast was extremely basic with nothing worth mentioning. On top of that, there was no parking available at the hotel. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Location, swim up balcony, The cleaners made lots of special designs with our towels, this always made us smile every day, cleanliness, Spa facilities were exceptional, The breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff.

Holiday makers were putting towels out at 7 o’clock every morning. After that time none would be available. These beds then stayed empty with just towels on until gone 12 .. sometimes even later. This was not fair on all the other hotel guests. The hotel staff should be monitoring this.
