Ocean Blue High Class Hotel & SPA

The hotel was located in a very central area to all the main tourist spots. Staff were lovely and kind. The room was gorgeous when we eventually got the right one. The pool area was fantastic, we spent a whole day relaxing by it.

Unfortunately, the stay did not go that smoothly for us. We booked the Delux Jacuzzi Room, and when we arrived, we got a smaller than average bath tub with some jets. This room is not shown anywhere on the website. We were shocked. It was advertised as if it were meant for two people to be able to fit. It was shown in the images with rose petals and two wine glasses in some photos... I could barely fit in it myself (I'm a regular size for a female). When we went to the reception to discuss the situation, they were quite understanding. We were told that all rooms were fully booked out, so we could not switch until 1 pm tomorrow. We returned to reception at 1pm, and we were told there was no room ready, and they asked if we could come back the following day. We said no, we had plans to go out for the day and by the time we returned at 7 pm there was a room ready for us that matched the advertisement. However, there were issues with the jacuzzi. It was leaking and also extremely dirty when the jets were turned on. You could see other peoples dead skin all in the bath, so we opted to just not use the jets in the end. The shower also wasn't able to stay warm. It would flip flop between cold and temperate. Then we had a few other smaller, less significant fixable issues like the TV, and the air-conditioning remote was not working. Overall, for the price we paid, we believed that it should have met higher expectations.

Everything was very good, the staff were all friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is very good and everything is close by.. And if you want to enjoy the holiday you should pass by the ocean blue travel that's outside the hotel to meet a guy called Emrah, he is the best in this town to book you the best excursions and he will make sure you enjoy everything and he will have the best rates for all tours.

We had an issue with first room, and the manger Ali Tunc Immediately took action and solved it professionally.

Beautiful hotel could not fault anything. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Staff cannot do enough for you. Lovely pools.

The noise from the club next to the hotel didn't let us sleep.
