Clean and safe area, friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast was lovely. Check-in was easy. The generator kicked in really fast after the power went off.

The buffet on Saturday evening could have been better. The cow heels & roasted beef were not well cooked. Wanted to order dinner from the a la carte menu but we were told that the food would take up to 45min preparation time. The coffee station in the room was not replenished on Monday, the towels were short of one hand towel.

Breakfast was the best with variety of food to choose from,happy for choosing Garden Court Hatfield.

I was not offered the rooms that I chose when making the booking and paid for on time, however due to the friendliness of the staff at reception I had to accept what I was offered and had a great time 🫶

I was received exceptionally well by an extremely professional gentleman who goes by the name of Albert who was so kind, friendly and treated my Mom and I with so much empathy. Through Albert's service, whenever I visit Pretoria, there is no place Id rather be then Garden Court Hatfield. Also August Shuttle Service was an absolute breath of fresh air. Never in wildest dreams did I imagine my stay to be so memorable. Ohhh Albert deserves shares in your establishment, I dealt with them all but Albert is truly good a service delivery and he deserves a Managerial Job, And bonus from you, because I have not closed my mouth about Hatfield. The Buffet for breakfast and dinner was outstanding. Albert made sure I had everything that I needed. It was truly a memorable time for me. Buffet Dinner and Buffet Breakfast was excellent. We superbly well looked after.Thank you Garden Court Hatfield, because of Albert and August Shuttle Service, I will forever be a Garden Cour Gal.
