"Pleasant stay and good value for cost."

It has a lot of character but could use some updating in the rooms. The restaurant is very nice. Gardens are beautiful.

It’s pretty old without much attention to towels, bedding or mattresses. Location wasn’t great for the beach.

The staff goes out of its way to make us feel welcome and help us in any way. Julio had a broad smile when he saw us approaching El Delfin, Garza Canela's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ restaurant. Service is prompt and filled with a desire to please.

"World class comfort, service and food"

Best service I’ve received at a hotel in years. Staff learned my name. Friendly and super attentive. Food was outstanding. Accommodation was terrific. Highly recommended. Pool was a nice benefit. Excellent value. Safe. I will return soon.

The grounds are large, well kept and beautiful. It was a pleasure to be there and enjoy the sort of old fashioned but well kept and lovely estate.

No complaints. A big room with a nice balcony looking out over the palms and garden.
