El lugar es espectacular, un edificio precioso situado en un lugar increíble.

Los servicios no fueron buenos, fuimos dos dis y no nos hicieron la habitación y eso que no volvimos en todo el día solo para cenar y dormir. Por tanto para el precio que se paga el servicio de habitaciones es lo mínimo que has de hacer. No lo recomendaría

Beautiful building of the hotel Interesting bar with a great selection of whiskies. Restaurant has a good menu and tasty dishes. Beds are comfortable.

Rooms are extremely small and very heavily furnished. We had four rooms, 3 were tiny and only 1 was OK. No one to help with luggage to the first floor up and down. A tiny rack to hang your clothes. Dim and dull dining and breakfast rooms.

la habitacion era linda, el personal muy amable. Tomamos algo en el bar y ordenamos la cena. La comida era rica pero no destacada, con precios acordes a los de otros restaurantes. Muy buena selección de whisky para pedir.

歴史を感じるお城のような外観がとても素敵なホテルです。内装も見事です。泊まったお部屋はコンパクトでしたが設備備品は新しく綺麗で大満足です。何よりホテルのbarが充実しています。一部会員限定のボトルもありますが地元ならではの品揃えを楽しめます。わたしは朝だけの食事でしたが食べきれないほどのブレックファーストをいただきました。美味しかったです。スタッフもみなさん親切丁寧でお客さんのことを考えた接客をされています。立地はアベラワーの街の端ですが徒歩圏内です。庭の池の鴨たちも可愛いらしかったです！

I would have lijked a bedside table in my room.

Ample space in the room, it was comfortable. We were very grateful for the fan! We really enjoyed the range of breakfast available and the dinner we had onsite one night as well. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

We showed up late into the night (that's not their fault as we were waiting for delayed bags at our prior stop and couldn't arrive earlier) but from the car park area it's not clear which door was reception and outside later there wasn't much lighting. This is the only thing I can think of that could be improved.
