De Manora Homes - Unpretentious hotel with a garden , posh area Ranjit Avenue

Hospitality was good. We were well received and were given a brief introduction about the places around to visit.

It's a closed environment, no fresh air just air conditioning and a fan, but a bit suffocating.

Everything at De Manora was great!

We chose this hotel based on location (near to the Sri Harmandar Sahib ... Golden Temple) and other reviews. We were not disappointed. Communications with the owner, prior to arriving were excellent and very helpful. On arrival we found our room to be clean, spacious and well appointed. The owner and his staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. The owner gave us his time to explain, in detail, much about the Sri Harmandar Sahib, which greatly enhanced our visit. Not only that, he even took us there in his own car, by way of an excellent kulfa shop. For our second day he arranged a full day taxi tour, at very reasonable cost, enabling us to see many sights around the city, and also the border ceremony at Attari Border. Would highly recommend De Manora homestay.

My stay here was very pleasant and had a wonderful time. The host planned our days and he provided the itinerary so that we don't miss anything in Amritsar. If you don't know what to do n where to go n what to eat, no worries-De Manora covers it all for you. All you have to do to plan your stay here.. Thank you for such attentive and wonderful time! 😍

Room was clean. Manager did a nice and enthusiastic introduction to the golden temple, religion and philosophy.
