Treebo Silver Apartment

The property advertised and the place they gave us to stay were not the same . They have taken over another hotel that had shut down and asked us to stay the night there

this was a total con job , very very disappointing that booking,.com had not verified this place

I am writing this review to document a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience at Treebo Silver Apartment. I had a confirmed booking and had already completed check-in. However, during the night, I was unexpectedly asked to vacate the room without any valid justification. This conduct appears to be in clear violation of basic hospitality standards and guest rights. Such actions raise serious concerns regarding guest safety, reliability of confirmed bookings, and the overall management practices at this property. The behavior of the owner/management was inappropriate, and no reasonable alternative or support was provided at the time. Guests, especially those traveling with female companions, should exercise caution, as such incidents can create uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situations. This experience caused significant inconvenience and distress. Based on this incident, I cannot recommend this property and advise others to carefully evaluate before making a booking.

Service and rooms

The location of the hotel is good. Easy access to and from Surat-Kolkata Highway. Breakfast is good. The owner of the canteen is cordial and helpful. Room was very good.

Before alloting the room, it was not checked properly. One of the window was open and lot of mosquitos entered the room which created inconvenience while sleeping. Geyser was not functioning as expected.

Liked the location. Not far from Surat-Kolkata highway. The mess staff was very cordial. Food was good especially the kakdi dish.

The rooms, curtains could be more clean. Geyser was not working properly.
