Very friendly staff, it felt like they were welcoming us to their home. 😃 The breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety. You can make your own cappuccinos. They have a shuttle that will take you to Rinku shopping by the beach. It is walking distance to the Rinku Park and Lawson combini just around the corner. There is a good ramen place across the street.

The beds were VERY firm.
