地點離關西機場非常近，適合作為過境或隔天早班機的住宿地點

服務人員英語能力有限，check in時一位年長服務人員無法用英語溝通，旁邊一位年輕人明明看到我們的護照是台灣，而且之前有跟其他中國籍客戶用中文溝通，看到我們和年長服務人員有溝通障礙時卻不會主動協助翻譯，後來我們提出要求才協助溝通，服務有待改善。
