In this tourist town it was early in the season, I'll concede this. But if your site advertises a breakfast you should actually have one. Is it too much to at least have a pot of coffee available in the lounge? The heater/air conditioner was mounted high on the wall with the fan blowing directly on the head of the bed.

The host went out their way to accommodate us. They were very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked bottled water in the vending machine

Unfriendly Staff, the young lady at reception was rude and unhelpful from the start, told me that unless more guests arrive she won't bother doing breakfast stuff 😳when I left in the morning she was on the sofa watching TV and didn't bother to acknowledge me. I recommend the Downtown Diner and bakery for breakfast 👍

The dining space was nice. Food was average for a continental breakfast..

The room was clean but the carpeting could have used a shampooing.

Very comfortable and clean and friendly staff/owners. Highly recommend.

Breakfast could have included toast or bagels also cereal
