Good location, staff was very friendly and accommodating, nice breakfast, great views especially during sunrise.

We had the presidential suite and there was an issue with the plumbing on the bathroom, there was always water leaking from somewhere.

"Luxury bath time"

The hot water for the jacuzzi is very HOT I was very impressed. usually these kind of places tends to be colder but I was very satisfied for the Hot water. It does take some time to fill up because of the large jacuzzi so plan ahead if you’re planning to see the hot air balloon. I personally thought the panoramic view was amazing. You get to see the hot air balloon and the sun rise. I stayed in September in the morning but it was quite chilly so I highly recommend the hot tub!

"Valley views over Goreme and to see the balloons"

Loved the balcony view over the valley to see the balloons at sunrise. Room was perfect for us. Large Turkish breakfast served each day was tasty but too big for us to finish - often we gave some to the local cats. Perfect location for walks through love and pigeon valley to Goreme
