The location is amazing, value for money

Nice big room. Amazing view from the balcony. The host was really helpful. They arranged the hot air balloon flight for us and we updated on any changes.

The view is unmatched. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and accomodating. Bonus points for Cookie the dog!

Everything was great but the bed could use an upgrade, however this is a very minor flaw.

The place is very cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views and a very professional staff, they were very helpful, got us what we needed without even asking, you’ll find that Ayse is very professional and will be the best guide not just for the hotel but for the entire stay at Cappodocia, definitely will be coming back :)

There’s no bellman, however the staff is kind enough to help you with the bags

The hospitality shown by Ayse was outstanding made us feel very welcome. Fantastic view and helpful staff. Great view and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome.

Location, view, jacuzzi perfect and breakfast very good.

They were not transparent about the fireplace what we needed to pay 600 liras for the woods and woods are not enough because it kept just for 2 hours maximum. We tried to find woods to sell in the city and we couldn’t find it. It was very cold and we didn’t have any heater there. Other situation was about the breakfast what they charged us the COFFEE and ORANGE JUICE and they didn’t notice us it was extra charge. And the room is not isolated where we had problem with the room beside very noisy after 1 am.

Just fabulous. Our cave bedroom was decorated authentically and with style, clean and comfortable with added touches (ear buds & cotton pads), slippers and bathrobes, even fruit. The staff were professional and friendly. Ayse is amazing,and can assist with queries, book all the reliable tours and airport transfers. Ayse even stayed at the hotel until we arrived (at 9pm) to welcome us and organised a late dinner (thank you to the staff who fed and served us) - customer service is in her blood. The turkish breakfast is abundant, with an amazing chose of delights brought to your table with stunning views over the Cappadocia valley. Restaurant food tasty and plentiful. Great location to watch the balloons during sunrise.and visit Uchisar Castle and the town. Short local bus ride to Göreme to explore further. The whole trip was unique and amazing. Definately recommend.
