Monta Verde Hotel & Villas

The location in Ovacik is ideal for the Dolmus into Hisaronu and Oludeniz or to Fethiye. The room was clean and quiet with all the facilities needed. The main pool was very good and the breakfasts didn’t disappoint. The manager Bora was friendly and helpful.

WiFi was intermittent at times.

On a busy road so could hear traffic during the day … ask for a room to the back and you will sleep well

A very relaxed environment in a nice hotel. Beautiful pool setting for breakfast. The breakfast was very complete with Turkish and International dishes, a coffee/tea bar and a pancake/eggs stand.

Great atmosphere, nice location. Good breakfast. Turkish tea with cakes at 5 pm as a bonus was really nice too. A walking distance to the center where you can shop or have dinner at a restaurant.

What I didn't like is that when we just arrived the room wasn't clean, the floor was dirty, the toilet seat was dirty with urine spots left from the precious guests and a cleaning lady instead of cleaning it just told me that these spots couldn't be erased (she touched them with her bare hand) , however when I was about to clean it myself she then tried to clean it and of course these spots were easily removed. So this argument was totally unnecessary, instead of convincing me it was clean when it was clear it wasn't she just needed to clean it, it was disgusting. Also after touching the toilet seat she then stretched her hand for a handshake introducing herself. She didn't bother to wash them first. Then she touched the door handle with that hand. I mean like really??? I had to sanitize everything by myself after her. She was polite though but her hygiene standards are questionable. Regarding other upsetting things, the sea is far, you have to take a taxi or a bus.

Water offered, nice location, nice pool and terasse. Like the balconies in the room.

Small rooms, locks of the wc and the window broken, bed not really comfortable, poor shampoo and soap, small buffet, not enough choices (brelfast and diner)

Friendly staff, great breakfast and location.

There was a smell from drainage.

The friendliness of all of the staff… good location. Cleaners amazing …. I can’t fault anything. I met some really lovely people… Thank you to everyone who made my holiday so special…❤️❤️❤️
