"Nice but due to amount of steps wouldn’t be able stay again"

Location was good

Lots of steps/stairs not suitable for any on unsteady on feet …we were given furthest room on top floor and my husband not good on his feet I asked for lower floor but they said no (I should have requested this on booking so totally take ownership of my error)

The breakfast was amazing ,the staff fantastic and helpful,I was a single woman but felt safe and they looked after me ,wnphen I got a tooth infection,great value for money I can't believe what I got for the price excellent

was where I expected it to be. good location for the bus. room reasonable. staff helpful and friendly. I would stay again if the price was good. certainly good for the price.

disappointed that they tried to overcharge on my bar bill. I disputed it and it was rectified but a shame they did it in first place. I hope it was accidental. if I stay again I would want to pay as I went along.

"We only stayed for 1 night but had a comfortable and pleasant stay."

The hotel manager and staff were welcoming and friendly. Despite the hotel being very busy, the manager made time to come and chat to us at breakfast. Lovely bar and restaurant area, and the hotel is laid out very well.

Some of the rooms are a little dark and dated, but comfortable.
