MYMYMYThe stay was generally pleasant. The location is great, with many nearby attractions perfect for sightseeing and photo ops. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities.
The room was a bit small and lacked a table, so we had to place food on the floor, which was inconvenient. One issue we encountered at night was the presence of small rice bugs — they were quite a lot, even on the bed. Thankfully, they didn’t bite, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

Very bad soundproofing. We can hear the snoring and chatting from the adjacent room. A lot of ants in my bed eating bugs and crawling over us while sleeping. Generally the staff is very friendly. Only when they asked for feedback and I told them the issue, one of the receptionists shown us an unpleasant face. Better don't ask for customer's feedback if you can't take it.

MYMYMYMYthe kitchen look so empty , the pot they provide was rusty and we even cannot cook, although the staff replaced another one to us but its still rusty. the balcony dirty also and we chose not to enter that area.
