Villa Chee

The view is stunning especially when the paddy field is near to harvest season, picturesque surrounding!

Upon checking in there was a power supply shortage black out, according to the staffs it was involving the whole sekinchan. But the staffs were working on the generator so kudos to them. Then I told them I have selected the bed option as 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds on booking.com but the receptionist told us we had to call personally to the villa instead or else we won’t be able to get it. I find that is unacceptable because I ve booked properties around the world on booking.com and never had this issue. If you can’t accommodate the request on booking.com, just disable that function of giving guests option. Secondly, the receptionist told me that our room will be the topmost floor, if we need help, need to tell the receptionist, that time I was carrying my 1 year old child with my elderly parents with luggage’s, obviously we need help right, it would be kind and proactive to immediately offer help to bring up. Thirdly, there’s no explanation on WiFi passwords and also we do not hv direct contact to the reception counter so we find very difficult to find help. Mind you, there is a distance to walk to the reception counter from our room. No kettle in the room. So please bring one if you need it. Water pressure is low but heater is working fine. Breakfast is fairly good but indoor seating can be quite humid. Upon checking out we were told to give a 5 star review to get a free ice cream so while m doing it, one of the receptionist was being very impatient and kept on asking me if I ve done. I was trying to sign in and loading the review as the line reception was so poor at that area. Not very nice for me at that time. And my father had a big cut on the hand because the room door edge was so sharp and heavy, so need to be very careful. Also, there are stains on the bedsheet and blanket, lizard feces on the room floor. Probably not coming back here next time sorry to say

Not value ! How come pay RM1100 + without aktiviti at the outside . And we book the hotel , pic show Villa Chee , But actual is outside homestay ! We drive in drive out ! Really waste our time . And inside don’t have bathroom , we Need drive out again and Go HomeStay bath (villa Chee ) . ☹️ I accept if house no ktv , But why don’t have WiFi just normal tv … better we book outside hotel cheaper then here . The room also very dirty . Bad than outside HomeStay. My Friend all felt sad .

Location near paddy fields aircond is cold hot showers and good water pressure fridge was provided prompt customer service. 1 room aircond was not working, after reporting to the front office, technicians was sent immediately to rectify the issue

No water machine - only provided bottled water and kettle for boiling water 80% of the battery in remote control was not working internet wifi was not working - though TV box was provided... autogate malfunction one of the wardrobe in Room 3 has molds. No hanger in the bathroom. Only 3 bathrooms available for a villa for up to 15pax

Good location

Noise level from construction on 3rd floor can be heard after 6 pm . Pity that our rooms have no view of the paddy field .

Accessible to bicycle and convenient

Maybe I’m too sensitive , felt the itchiness of the bed

Not well maintain, dirty toilet, dirty pillow, bedsheet, blanket. Lightning in toilet not bright, The balcony didn’t clean at all, the wall of the building is mouldy, aircond in room 1 broken, not worthy for money at all.
