Beds were very comfortable. breakfast was amazing. Staff very accommodating

No coffee maker in the rooms. The step up into the room needs to have a safety strip. It is not visible and my cousin fell tearing up his knee and elbow

This hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The location on the beach is splendid and the grounds are lovely. Our room was small and dark, with only one hard plastic chair to sit on. Bathroom was tiny, no amenities, no hot water in the morning, we didn’t try in the afternoon. The deck chairs are uncomfortable, there’s nowhere to sit and relax. The restaurant blares loud music from morning till night, you hear it everywhere. The restaurant is open very limited hours, closes at 4:30. This hotel is located along a highway with nothing much nearby, if you don’t have a car you go hungry…the included breakfast is skimpy, there’s no coffee available till 8:30. The restaurant staff was pleasant enough, the front desk staff not so much. They want you to leave your id to use their cheap skimpy beach towels on their hard uncomfortable loungers. There is nothing luxurious about this place, go into San Blas proper, there’s a wonderful beach there too, stay at the hotel Garza…

Quiet, in between two towns, lovely sunsets

Because you are are far away from other restaurants we booked this place because it had one on site. I guess I should have looked at the hours,, it opens for breakfast, then opens again from 2 - 5 .. no other walk-able places. And the one night the kitchen closed early and no one told us, so when we went to eat at 4 they were not there and front staff did not seem to care.

The stuff was nice. The beach in front of the property was nice. On the sides terrible.

The surrounding were terrible. Very very dirty. Little mosquitoes that eat us up. The restaurant was a lot to be desired. The server was also the cook, the cleaning lady. No salt or pepper. Well yes, but it was in a bowl and you had to stick your fingers to get it. They have no idea how to ran a restaurant The same for the hotel. (The sheets were stained). The quality of the towels were terrible. Also the restaurant is separate from the hotel, even though the breakfast is included, but for lunch you had to pay them in pesos. Will not put it in the hotel bill or take credit cards

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and super friendly and accommodating. It was quiet since it was low season, the beach was incredible and the pool was perfect. The free breakfast was delicious! Probably my favourite part 🤗

They had air conditioners. The pool is nice, good size room, comfortable beds,

The ac leaked water on the floor asked people in the front but they never went to look at it.
