Hotel Bahía Paraíso

The view was beautiful and everything was so clean. Staff was attentive and polite. The beach was walking distance and we were close enough to site see.

Great breakfast, good parking, pleasant staff, except for reception. Good beach access, reasonably upscale facilities.

Steps into room and restaurant bathroom were challenging. Rooms weren't very soundproof making the families upstairs and in the pool quite noticeable. No phone or separate lights in bedroom.

Nice hotel. Rooms clean, basic, good. I miss some personality, could be more nice with some changes and decoration. The slice bath door its so uncomfortable, no privacy at the services at you own room. Happy but expensive for such a basic service. No profesional staff and manager, but looks they try to do the best.

The hotel has a beautiful location on the beach and has done a really great job with the outdoor spaces - loungers on the beach, easy access to the beach, loungers & umbrellas by the pool, and you can enjoy a beautiful view from the pool/pool deck. The bed was comfortable (but the pillows were not). The room is spacious. We had a downstairs room (which I recommend) and they all have big outdoor spaces with a table and chairs and plenty of space for drying stuff out.

The value, for what we paid, I would have expected a much better experience (i would say we paid 2x more than what was offered). We couldn't get hot water in the shower if taking a shower early in the am or later in the evening. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. We stayed 3 nights and were never offered to have our room cleaned. They are not walking distance of other restaurants or bars and the restaurant has limited hours/limited days and there is no bar (with their outdoor set up, this would be a money maker all day/all night). This is not their fault, but we do not speak Spanish and nobody on the staff could speak spanish, but it would have been nice if on booking.com this had been made very clear.
