Hotel Bahía Paraíso

I booked a cuádruple room upon arrival it wasn’t ready so they gave us a double room at that point I was told that there wasn’t such a thing cuádruple room but if I wanted a triple room we had to wait until next day we waited the next day I had to pay extra for it, so I am not happy at all because I reserved the best room available. I was told by Francisco that you will reimburse me. I don’t understand why I had to pay extra upon arrival I didn’t want my vacation to be ruined but I believe that I should have gotten what I paid for

only the asthetics of the place.

the fact they charged for buffet, yet you had to order a la carte. you can’t bring your own drinks into the pool area or the beach front and they didn’t sell any beverages on-site. if you brought outside beverages, you can’t enjoy them on the pool or the beach area at all, only on the outside balcony.
