To install a lift. We have to carry our luggage and walk up to the 3rd floor. We are not young.

Location is good

Air cond is not cold, fridge not very effective also, plus there was a cup of old drink inside the fridge. Pic at bottom. Room soundproofing is bad, a lot of noise from cars & motorcycles can be heard in the room.
