The location

It was dusty and the table and some areas were dirty. The balcony has a lot of bird poop, and the bidet was leaking all the time.

Very centrally located.

The staff needs to be trained in customer service. Long face. Not friendly at all. If I were to walk in and book, I would have left the place and find some other place.
