The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. Please note that not all spa and fitness facilities are currently available. For guests staying on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package, a EUR 25 spend towards food can be enjoyed in one of the poperty's restaurants. Children aged 12 and under can stay and take breakfast for free when sharing a suitable room with two adults. Child dinner will be charged separately dependent on the menu chosen When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The care and attention of all the staff team was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comy. Accessed the swimming pool and spa facilities which was great also

"Location fabulous, hotel is good. However, accessible rooms are not accessible."

Rooms were clean, bar area very nice, good location.

One of our rooms was supposed to be Accessible and it wasn't so made it very very uncomfortable and distressing for my mum who has mobility issues. Also, buffet breakfast was cold (some of it)

We loved the facilities in the hotel such as the swimming pool and soft play. Usually I'm not a fan of a buffet breakfast but it was really good and lots of choice.

"The hotel was fine with very friendly staff. We, and our dog, enjoyed it. The Ballavuillin pub!"

Our dog was treated very well. She was allowed to have breakfast in a seating area next to the restaurant and the staff were excellent in setting that up each time and engaging with her (and us!). Breakfast was plentiful, well cooked and hot. Massive grounds for long walks. Only a short walk into the centre of town (where the marvellous (dog friendly) Ballavuillin pub resides!) for all the amenities you could really want - little (famous) supermarket, pubs, transport, shops etc.

16.00 check in was strictly enforced (albeit, to be fair, well advertised up front). Our shower didn't work on arrival day - tepid water only (bath water roasting) - however a quick word with reception the next morning and it was fixed, and perfect, when we got back in the afternoon - well done folks.

The cleanliness of the room.

The presence of a stag group which according to your regulations are not allowed. The noise they made in the restaurant totally ruined our meal and put us off going in the bar. Why was this allopwed.?
