View of the lake, room and bathroom were decent. Restaurant staff were very friendly and tried to make us comfortable.

Terrible Wi-Fi. Front desk staff needs more training. Food quality and taste at the restaurant needs a LOT of improvement. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, service, food were all below par and does not justify the price tag. If you would like to charge these rates then everything needs a lot of improvement.
