Breakfast on the terrace was exceptional, very friendly staff.

I reaches hotel T 12.30 pm and want to check in early but they denied rudely after that i came on 3pm at that time my room was not ready and nobodybother for this.

the location of the property was on spot any tourist would want. bang right opposite dal lake.

I had to wait for my to get ready for us. even though I was late to check in. still had to wait and when I got the room it was under cleaning. the guy gave me the room while they were cleaning it and they left all the dirt outside my room door for that matter.

The cost per night we paid was 12000+. It was way costly for the hotel.

location is good, food is good but expensive, stay was comfortable

internet connectivity was very poor, despite repeated requests with the front desk and the IT team, we still faced issues with the wifi

Fantastic location and view from the hotel, property well maintained just the look of washrooms kills the interiors theme, their terrace restaurant is the TRP of the hotel recommended as the best choice in the area as compared to other hotels in the same area.

Just the booking rates that vary at the time of booking that is exorbitant should match as per the rate available on that day on the portal or at least the hotel can offer complimentary services of the high price taken earlier rest all good
