Terrible experience at this hotel! Early check-in was a scam - We were charged 50% of the nightly rate, despite contacting them beforehand. They assured us: no fee if the room was ready, minimal fee if not. The room was ready, yet 50% is far from minimal. Staff were like talking to a brick wall. Bathroom was filthy and crawling with ants. Their pathetic attempt to cover it up with chemicals made the air unbreathable. Air conditioning couldn't reach the bed, turning it into a sauna at night. To top it off, our room near the pool was incredibly noisy. Avoid this place at all costs!

No staff members seemed to speak English but they seemed friendly. The place wasn't particularly well maintained - paint chipping and stains on the walls. Access isn't straightforward- went through a few double doors and had to scan the card a few times to get to the room A/C didn't face the bedroom - so if it's a warm night might get a little uncomfortable

Nice hotel with modern rooms and swimming pool

The glass in the room and bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned properly. Floor, bed and toilet were clean though.

Good layover before starting bromo tour. Room clean. Water provided. Comfy bed. Nice to sit on sofa and watch tv and not have to sit in bed. Air con worked well. Gym on site

The walk from reception was confusing, especially carrying a lot of heavy luggage. Only 1 key provided and needed to access the lift so when my partner went out to pick up delivery you had to sit with no power in the dark. We could of asked for another key but didn’t try as was only 1 night. The pool was empty.

The place is relatively close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were not very happy with our stay at the Amega Crown Residence. We have been traveling through Indonesia for a month and stayed only in low-cost hotels - this hotel has unfortunately been our lowlight, although it has been one of the more expensive stays for us. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty (moldy tiles, mirror not clean, dirty glas door to bathroom, multiple stains on the bed sheets). The close location to the airport comes at a cost: there are nearly no food options except an Indomaret and very few small vendors in the lobby. The couch in our room was impossible to use as it was too worn out. We were at first happy to have Air Conditioning in the room, but it turned out to be not very helpful. The AC only manages to cool down the lower part of the room... Unfortunately, the bed is in the upper part, so it got very hot over night.
