The hotel is 5 walking minutes away from the beach. Nice bars and restaurants in the near. The breakfast was more local/traditional.

The service at check in could be more friendly. Be careful with a room to the street. I had one and it was very loud , also during the night.

Friendly, english-speaking staff, great breakfast from 8am, parking area directly next to the hotel, highly recommended

Question about smoking/non smoking room at check-in was missing

Great location. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. I recommend taking advantage of the massages.

I didn't like that they put us in a smoking room. I think having such rooms is not a good idea.

There must be an option to choose a smoking or non-smoking room in the reservation.

The spa facilities were all to be paid for, nothing included, not even a sauna. There were issues about the exchange rate used for reservation payment, so that I had to pay cash, not by card. No juice for most of the breakfast we had.

Comfortable beds Breakfast quite good There is quite a good restaurant downstairs (but the waiters are very disorganized like everywhere in Turkey). Air conditioning worked well very clean, the room was cleaned every day. The receptionists are nice and helpful but not all of them speak English very well. The one that speaks well is a girl with curly hair - thanks again. 7 min walk there is a beach, it's not big or the best one I have seen, but it was almost empty in August and the water was hot which is a big plus. The spa center is really nice, we paid for an extra Bali massage, but it was really nice, done by girls from Indonesia. You can pay for the room and spa by your credit card. All modern, door closing with card. Wifi worked well. Plus for mineral water in the fridge and cosmetics in the bathroom. The room size was quite big for the hotel.

You need to pay quite a lot of sauna, I think it should be free for guests or cheaper. The lift is a bit slow. Not all receptionists can communicate well in English but they are trying to help.
