The room size and painting was good but service and facilities are poor. As per booking they should provide wifi,tv, break fast.nothing included. Nothing was provided. . Bathroom and fan and room was full of dust. I have informed they told they ll change the room but didn't happened.it is not worth for money. I have captured video if u want I ll shste

Booking.com customer care worst in responding ,hotel people charged 300/- extra for early check in i came at 6.30am after 1.30waiting gave room by charging early check in of 300/- nowhere it is mentioned in web site ,while speaking with booking.com customer care disconnected while sepaking to whom i can escalate ,hotel staff behaviour is worst ,if am saying anything saying go n speak with booking .com people only they are saying, rude behaviour at reception ,rooms not all clean
