New construction so rooms were new

At the time of booking breakfast and hot water was included. At the time of check-in hotel denyed for i. After argument they agreed to include and asked to pay in advance. But next day hot water was not given also breakfast was not served. Very pathetic experience. Hotel staff was lied in every commitment. Never ever book this foolish hotel
