Worst staff and room is not alloted, the behaviour of the staff is very bad. After conformation of room in OYO and part payment also paid the hotel staff not allotted the room. Don't book any rooms through OYO. They are doing very fraud business. At night the hotel room is not alloted.

Online booking with out payment was simply superb .... Bcoz sometime we may cancel the travel .. it's simply amazing

But I got cheated for 500 rs. .Actually. They cheated us while paying money....... Actually the fee was 950 only.....but they told to pay 1450. As. GST and sst also service facility...... This is unexpected..... As no time to see other accomodation I paid ..... But this kind of cheating can be avoided ...

Hotel collected extra GST amount from me as well as others. Staff behaviour was not good. Rude attitude of hotel staff. Hotel rooms were not clean. Very old hotel to stay, due to which very bad bathrooms & rooms. Bedbugs found in the rooms. Poor quality room locks which can be broken so easily. Forced us to pay tip to its staff. Was charging 75% of booking charge for 3 hours of early check-in. No blankets& towels in the rooms. No complementary toiletries. Would not recommend others to stay here in future.

I request the website to ban this hotel. I have worst experience while going on to the spot. The Staff was totally drunk and they refused me to give the room and said that the rooms are full. Not just with me some other people were also suffering from the same situation. Please stop booking on this hotel.
