露天風呂、内風呂どちらもとても良かったです。加えて、プリンスホテルの温泉にもシャトルバスで行けて、温泉三昧が素晴らしい

温泉が最高だった。スタッフの方も親切

とても古く部屋でWi-Fiが繋がらなかった

温泉がすごい！ 食事はまあまあ。 ビュッフェでなくていいかなと思いました。 スタッフがみな感じよくてそれだけで滞在が心地よいものになりました。

露天風呂に続く内風呂が寒いので、露天風呂に行くまでが大変でした。

L’accueil du personnel, le calme de l’hôtel et les onsens extérieurs. Matériel à disposition des clients pour déneiger la voiture.

Un péage est sur la route unique pour monter à l’hôtel... c’est 1070¥ à chaque passage (descente ou montée). Les communs de l’hôtel sont à l’abandon. Premier magasin à 22 kilomètres de l’établissement.

The outdoor onsen are the highlight. But facilities are old and rusted.

The shower are not hot enough when we go out to the outdoor onsen is too cold the journey, unfortunately I have a cut because rush down to the pool. The shower facility are very old . Some rusted

Great onsen and location in nice snowy nature, which are the main reasons to stay here.

Breakfast too simple as per usual Japanese hotels for the price, dinner also was not worth the amount of 5500 yen as most of the food was cold. Also there is only stairs for entering the dining room which is a terrible experience for strollers or wheelchair guests, barrier free is non-existent. Onsen toilets are a disaster when it comes to cleanliness. Staff switches from polite Japanese to very casual Japanese as if we are friends, which feels inappropriate.
