設備や建物は古いですが、適度に清掃されていたので、問題なかったです。これといった不満はありませんでした。温泉は、色々な泉質が楽しめてとても良かった。露天風呂は、夜と朝で、違った顔を見せてくれて、良かったです。

露天風呂は一度は試す価値あり。

冬季の万座ハイウェーは高速料金が高いこと。往復で2140円。万座温泉に行くには、そこを通行するしかない。

"露天風呂よし従業員よし"

フロントの従業員さん丁寧親切でした。食堂でも、お水さがしてキョロキョロしてたら、何かお探しですか？とたずねて来てくれた。バスの送迎も時間どおりですばらしく万座BTまで送ってくれた時は、どこのホテルより先に着いたので路線バス2時間乗る予定だったので座れてありがたかった。温泉はプリンスホテルとこちらと両方入れてお得感があった。嬬恋キャベツを使ったサラダやパウンドケーキが美味しかった。

夜に露天風呂に入ったので、お湯の色がみれなかったので、朝入ればよかった。造りが山だからかお風呂への行き方がちょっと迷った。
