Hotel Ananya Inn

La limpieza de la habitación genial, el desayuno puntual en la mañana, pedí un cambio y lo hicieron sin problema. Lo recomiendo totalmente. La localización genial, cerca ghats y restaurantes y tiendas.

The room was smaller than it looks in online pics. But it was clean. And nice staff. Value for money.

Presente aria condizionata e acqua calda. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione con frittata, toast, burro, marmellata, tè (o caffè), succo, banane e una specie di yogurt bianco. Una buona scelta per soste brevi (1 notte o 2)

La camera è piuttosto piccola, la colazione viene servita in camera (tavolino sgombro e due sedie). Il lavandino è molto piccolo. La nostra stanza era sul retro, piuttosto silenziosa, al terzo piano, scale piuttosto strette e ripide.

The location is great. It is located on an avenue, so you will find plenty of places to eat nearby. It is just a minute's walk from the old town and close to Assi Ghat (15 min walking).

There were always a lot of men at the reception, and as a solo traveler, I didn't feel comfortable. Although some staff was nice, the manager was not always willing to help or to answer me on WhatsApp. The breakfast was served in the room, but in my room, there was no table. You need to ask them to clean your room; they don't do that if you don't ask.

- Bathroom not suitable for big size people. Narrow & small (see picture). - Bedrooms might be small for two people with more than one suitcase (see picture). - 4 floors with no elevator. Narrow and steep stairs. - Bedroom with no terrace or balcony, as advertised. - Noisy (main) street and walls with no sound proof, as advertised. If the person delivering the breakfast doesn't wake you up, the daily morning cleaning of the other bedroom apartments will, or the daily noises from outside. - No breakfast menu choice available. (I got an omelette, sliced bread and tea). Breakfast is served in the bedroom and somehow it was always around 08:30 AM. - Payment made upfront when checking-in. - The staff's English proficiency is limited, making communication challenging. Positive points on: - Pretty decent cleaning (I honestly don't know from where all the previous "wonderful and fabulous" reviews came from. Completely different perspectives on what one needs for a good night rest / stay, I guess.)

Immediately upon arriving we’re asked to pay in cash and told there was an atm nearby, despite having a card on file. Felt suspect. We declined and they did allow us to pay by card but not really professional at all. Constant noise throughout the night both in the hotel and outside. Narrow stairs often had mattresses just lying there and the breakfast was bland/ the toast was like cardboard. Our water at some point wasn’t coming out with any force and also did not like that the very thin sheets do not stay on the mattress.

It's an excellent hotel for the family and couple ❤️ and also good hotel for near ganga arti at assi Ghat
