I am sure I paid for the best room in the house - and was given something much less.

It just felt very run-down. Owner could spend a bit to make it more modern. The bedsheet felt a bit sticky, and there was no auto room cleaning unless request for it.
INUn ambiente molto accogliente, amichevole. Un ottimo servizio al ristorante e un buon menù. Sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità ed esigenza. Davvero un'ambiente familiare.
La stanza non era il massimo, ma aveva tutto il necessario. Non particolarmente pulita, ma con un bagno pulito.
ITL’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione, con vista sul ghat, molto comodo per visitare la città e vicino ai principali punti di interesse. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a dare informazioni utili.
Purtroppo la pulizia della camera non era all’altezza delle aspettative. Con un’attenzione maggiore a questo aspetto, l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente più piacevole.

I had a budget room and it was fine. The property didn’t have a proper shower (which I’m finding out is standard for India) but there were washing facilities so happy days
INStaff was very friendly and very helpful.
We didn’t like the way we had to struggle to get to the hotel because it was quite challenging. Car left us in the market and then the challenge started. First taking a Tuk tuk and after that walking on rough and uneven surface to the hotel ( through very narrow alleys). The rooms were very small with just the basic necessities. One could hear the people from the next door.
