The bed and the bed covers were dirty..

Only the location was ok...i think i found a better place for next time..will not stay in this place

The sheets were not changed the wrinkles from the previous stay was clearly visible..infact not washed may be used for 2-3 previous stays..the matress was having stains, the flush does not work properly..

Room was comfortable for 2+2, complementary Breakfast was good..staff were cooperative

Used water bottles (filled with fresh water) was provided which is not good and comfortable for me..

Lighting in the room and furniture was good. Not much hassle with checkin process and checkout , considerate staff

1. On booking.com we have selected xtra large bed, but they only have queen size beds. please remove bed options. 2. Rooms size were smaller than expected. 3. there was towel, soap and dental kit only for 1 guest in the room. We had to call service to give us for other members. 4. No sealed water bottles given (not even once). They will fill the RO water into used water bottles and give. 5. Bedsheets are of cheap quality, dirty and they keep ripping off.. there were mosquitoes in the room 6. Parking area is not enough. Its very small lane. It's a big hassle parking the car there. 7. Support staff is very limited. 8. No inhouse restaurant at the hotel. For breakfast they bring food from outside and they in a dining hall. Breakfast options are very limited and quality is very bad. No Dosa and sambhar available. 9. Tatasky subscription was not there. 10. support staff do not speak English or Hindi. Its very difficult to communicate with them

The room was dirty and the breakfast was an apology for food. Plain waste of money. The reception guy took a good 45 minutes to check me in.
