"Very disappointing. it’s a joke staying here."

it is right in the centre of Warangal.

The property is below standards. unfortunately it is no where as shown in pictures. Very dirty linen on the bed. The pillows were disgusting. The water was clogging in the wash basin. The flush was not working for the loo. The shampoo and body wash not there. Towels were dirty. The breakfast was a joke. They only served puri which I don’t eat. There was no option for sugar free tea and coffee. When I asked for idly and sugarless coffee, I was treated very rudely by the staff. I am really disappointed with this appalling treatment I have gone through at this accomodation.
